Who we are. This store is operated by Rally Relief ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. We try to keep everything accurate, but if a price or product detail is wrong, we may correct it and cancel affected orders.

Product use and safety. The Rally Therma Wrap is a heated comfort and wellness device. It is not a medical device, it isn't cleared to diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Heat therapy isn't right for everyone. Don't use the wrap on broken skin or on numb areas, don't sleep while wearing it, and stop using it if you feel discomfort. If you're pregnant, have a shoulder injury, circulation problems, diabetes, reduced skin sensation, or an implanted medical device, talk to a clinician before using heat. Adults only, and keep it away from children.

Content. All photos, text and the Rally Relief name and logo on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Reviews and submissions. If you send us a photo, video or review, you give us permission to show it on our store and social media with your first name. You can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing us.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
